At Warm Whiskers, we are dedicated to improving our customer’s lives, and therefore, we are dedicated to quality. Before beginning our business in 2000, we studied the neck pillow and eye pillow varieties on the market. We meticulously assessed consumer feedback regarding what works and what doesn’t among all the products in our field, including aromatherapy products. After careful evaluation, we created a unique heating pad (that can also be frozen) made from the best herbs, grains and fabrics. Combining the most successful elements of all muscle relaxation therapies including but not limited to the following: moist heat, long levels of heat retention, the unparalleled power of lavender, malleability and ease of use and care. We then shaped our state-of-the-art designs into charming animal and luxurious, spa-style forms that please the eye and warm the heart. The end result is heat (and cold) therapy products that aid in everything from stress and menstrual cramp relief to chronic pain management.

How long does it take to receive an order?

We normally ship orders within 48 hours.  Shipments leave our warehouse in Chatsworth, CA on weekdays only.  Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.  Shipping and handling charges are indicated on the order form before we ask for your credit card information. Please note that International orders are subject to additional fees and delivery time. 


What is your return policy?

We will accept any item as a return for any reason within 45 days provided it is in the original condition.  Unless your order is incorrect or damaged, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.  Damaged items will be replaced with an identical item.  If you receive an item that's damaged or defective or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all packing material and contact us at returns@WarmWhiskers.com.  Let us know the details and we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.  We will be sure a replacement is sent to you promptly.

Recently, there has been much in the news regarding products manufactured in China.  Warm Whiskers regards these safety concerns as immeasurably important.  We have strong, long-standing relationships with carefully chosen Chinese factories. Warm Whiskers frequently visits these factories to ensure that they continue to manufacture our products with safety as their top priority.  Furthermore, our products regularly undergo stringent testing by independent 3rd party laboratories for, among other concerns, fire safety, lead, and other known carcinogens to ensure that they fall well within the acceptable scientific range of not causing any health hazards.  Finally, it is of great importance to us that these factories treat their employees with compassion in their working environments.  Please feel free to contact us with any safety-related concerns that you may have.
